Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zephyr's blockchain platform
• Collaborate with cryptographers and engineers to translate advanced cryptographic concepts (IVC, lattice-based cryptography) into practical product features
• Conduct market research to identify user needs and competitive landscape in the blockchain space
• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories for key platform components (e.g., smart contract execution, privacy features, state management)
• Prioritize feature development based on technical feasibility, market demand, and strategic goals
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
• Manage beta testing programs and gather user feedback to inform product iterations
• Create documentation and educational materials to support developer adoption of the Zephyr platform
• Represent Zephyr at industry events and engage with the blockchain community to promote the platform

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain or related technologies
• Strong technical background with understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and blockchain architecture
• Proven track record of successful product launches in the tech industry
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and emerging use cases
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption, and post-quantum cryptography is a plus
